From the North
Take I-81 S to exit 65 for US 15/US 11 S toward Enola. Merge onto US 11 S/N Enola Rd./US Hwy 15/501 S. Turn right onto Stella St. Turn left at the 2nd cross street onto N 2nd St. Turn right onto the Harvey Taylor Bridge Bypass. Turn right onto N. 21st St. Turn right into Holy Spirit Medical Center parking lot.

From the South
Take I-83 N to exit 41A to merge onto PA-581 W toward I-81 S Camp Hill. Use the right lane to take exit 5B-A for US 11 N/US 15 N toward Camp Hill. Merge onto US 11 N/S 32nd St./US Hwy 15/501 N. Use the far left lane to turn left onto N. 21st St. Turn right into Holy Spirit Medical Center parking lot.

From Carlisle
Take I-81 N to exit 61 for PA 944/Wertzville Rd. Follow PA 944 E/Wertzville Rd. toward Enola. Turn right onto E. Penn Dr./Center St. Turn right onto 21st St. Turn left into Holy Spirit Medical Center parking lot.

From Philadelphia
Take I-76 W (toll road) to exit 247 for I-283 toward PA-283/Harrisburg/Hershey. Continue onto I-283 N. Use left lane to take exit 3A to merge onto I-83 S toward Harrisburg.
